AdventurousBug, Corp, hereinafter referred to as "AdventurousBug", and User, hereinafter referred to as "Member", hereby agree to the following:

  • A member name selected by you, your email address, your name, a password selected by you, your city, zip code; and

We use this information to do internal research on our members' usage patterns, demographics, interests and general behavior to better understand and serve you and our community.
  • We currently contract with online partners to help manage and optimize our business and communications and billing methods. We use the services of a site analytics partner to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site. To do this, we use web beacons and cookies provided by our site analytics partner on this site. A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on your computer that is tied to information about you. AdventurousBug uses Analytics to automatically track how visitors interact with AdventurousBug.com including where they came from, what they did on the site and whether they completed any pre-determined tasks while on the site.

For the purpose of conducting general business analysis we will use aggregated and non-personal information of conducting general business analysis.

You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our website because such information may be required in order for you to register as a member, or paid member, you may modify this at anytime by updating your account settings.

Spam Policy
AdventurousBug does not participate in e-mail activities that are considered spam.

If at any time you believe that AdventurousBug has not adhered to these principles, please notify us at corp@adventurousbug.com and we will use all reasonable efforts to determine and correct the problem promptly.

How We Protect Your Personal Information
We take appropriate security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. It is important to us that you feel confident using our website. However, no system can be completely secure, therefore although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, searches, or other communications will always remain secure. Such postings are governed by our Terms of Use and Waiver and Releases. In additions, such postings may appear on other websites or when searches are executed on the subject of your postings. Online Polls
At AdventurousBug we value opinions and comments and you may have the opportunity to give us your feedback through site polls. Polls and Personal Information collected will be aggregated and used to make improvements to the site and improve our products and services. Participation in these polls is completely voluntary.

There are a number of places on our website where you may click on a link to access other websites that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. There third party websites may independently solicit and collect information, including personal information from you. We recommend that you consult the privacy statements of all third party websites you visit. We are not responsible for any third party website you visit.

No Rights of Third Parties
This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the website.

How You Can Access Your Information
If you have a membership account or paid membership account with us, you have the ability to review and update your personal information by logging into your account and going to Members page and clicking on your account settings. You also may close your membership account at any time by logging into your account and deactivating your membership, or paid membership. You may also reduce your membership to free membership or upgrade your membership to our paid membership through the Members page, all subscription will redirect you to PayPal.  We are not responsible for any third party billing errors. If you close your account we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and record keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Waiver and Releases, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our website and members, take other actions otherwise permitted by law. If information has already been provided to third parties as described in the Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties policies.

Visiting Our Website From Outside the United States
The Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on our website from resident s of the United States. If you are visiting our website, join as a member or paid member from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-in requirement. Reviewing, Updating, Deleting and Deactivating Personal Information
After registration on AdventurousBug we provide a way to update your Personally Identifiable Information.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your Personally Identifiable Information from our active databases. Upon our receipt of your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your Personally Identifiable Information as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. We will retain at our discretion, retention of the information is necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or to enforce the Terms of Service Agreement and Waiver and Releases. Furthermore, your information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints; we will not remove your information from our back up storage.

When you register you may choose to opt-in or opt-out of receiving emails from AdventurousBug.

Notification of Changes
If we make any changes to this Policy, we will post those changes on https://adventurousbug.com/privacy or post a notice of the changes to this Policy on the homepage (https://adventurousbug.com/) located under News tab and the section on our site marked “Privacy Policy”. We recommend that you check our Privacy Policy for any changes from time to time.

We DO NOT collect billing information including credit card or bank account numbers. All payments and renewals are billed via PayPal.

If you would like information about your account, you believe that AdventurousBug has not complied with this Policy with respect to your Personal Information, or you have other related inquiries or concerns, you may contact AdventurousBug at corp@adventurousbug.com In your email, please describe in as much detail as possible the nature of your inquiry or the ways in which you believe that the AdventurousBug’s Policy has not been complied with and a way that you may be contacted. AdventurousBug will investigate your inquiry or concern promptly.
