All while you sit back and sip one of their many fine cocktails in one of L.A.’s oldest brick building circa 1855.
I have come to this area for many years, and La Golondrina is the place my cousins and I meet for lunch and sit for hours enjoying the music, ambiance, fantastic food, and people watching all backed by the glorious colors only Olvera Street can provide. After you each go and walk Olvera Street and take yourself on a little vacation and pretend you are on a side street in Mexico Cities tourist district.

Created in the 1930s to help preserve Los Angeles Mexican community and history, Olvera Street gets visitors from all over the world. If you want to have a great meal and pick up some gifts for someone, or yourself, you can’t go wrong with this traditional Los Angeles iconic place, and it is Subway and Train accessible.
