Camarillo is a city in Ventura County in the U.S. state of California. An hour north of Los Angeles, Camarillo rests in the base of the Conejo foothills cool ocean breeze from the west and green hills on the east. There is a rich farming community here mixed with urban neighborhoods. There is plenty of outdoor activities that happen throughout the year because of a 300 or so days of sunshine. Camarillo has a long history in California and is worth exploring
