Thousand Oaks is the second-largest city in Ventura County, California. It is in the northwestern part of Greater Los Angeles, approximately 40 miles from Downtown Los Angeles and is less than 15 miles from the Los Angeles neighborhood of Woodland Hills and a short drive to many California’s historical beaches, Zuma Beach, Malibu, Santa Monica among some. Famous Santa Monica Mountains are just west of the city providing many outdoor activities and where many of Hollywood historical and current films and television shows have been filmed.
